Yule Is What It Is

Christmas has got to be one of the favourite annual festive seasons here in Malaysia. Especially when malls in the city go all out in decorating & putting up shows with the hopes of luring customers in with sales, promotions & the addition of side Christmas activities. It has become almost like a tradition for people to traverse every known mall there is in their respective states, not only for the uber cheap stuff, but to endure the experience of being in a different world architectured in various themes based on Christmas tales.

I've gotta say, if I had the time, I'd love to check out all the malls this Christmas. So far, I've only been to Midvalley & Sunway Pyramid. Both had awesome decos. I only managed to snap some poses in Midvalley though, LOL. Went there a couple of days ago to shop for Redza's prom outfit.

We cured our long time crave for sushi & bought a whole LOT of them that day. Hell yeah, I was content all right. We only decided to get some snapperoos the last few minutes before heading back home. And as we were vigorously working our poses around the Christmas trees, this lady with an SLR around her neck came up to us & asked if we'd like her to snap our pics for us with HER camera. Turns out, she was representing Canon & they were taking pictures of customers near the Midvalley decos & printing them out for free. In the heart of Christmas. Awww :) Haha. Unfortunately we were already leaving in a few minutes & failed to wait the half hour required before getting the photo.

Went to Sunway Pyramid yesterday with the homies. Got myself a new pair of jeans, as Fadi had brought me to realization of how humongous the rip on my prior one was when we were in Malacca. LOL. There shall be rips NO more, yay! They also had a sushi promotion there. Dadsterz bought a WHOLE BUNCH of them, why am I not suprised? Japanese week for us, whoots! ;)

Back to deco-talk. Sunway must have spent a great deal on the decorations inside & out. On BOTH wings! I have never been to the outside part of the new wing at the steps near the Sunway Lagoon entrance. At night, that area looks amazing, with the huge Christmas tree made up of lights. Saw a lot of people hanging around there. It's like they were singing Kumbaya together or something, haha. Awesomeness.

Watching Maroon 5 on CSI.
Till then
