I kinda miss typing, and since I haven't started getting all busy with assignments yet, I thought I'd break it down! Uh-huh uh-huh.
LOL, Fadi & I went for a walk at Bukit Gasing today. I guess u can say it was something like jungle tracking. I've been living at Jalan Gasing almost all my life, but this was the first time I ever stepped foot on the trails of Bukit Gasing.
Just last week, my mom was telling me about how tiring her friends were when they explored Bukit Gasing. One of her friends almost passed out when she reached the top. LOL, in my mind I was like, "Maybe it's because of her age or something, or maybe she wasn't fit enough". Bukit Gasing has a lot of different trails in and out of the jungle, so it depends on how far you're willing or able to go, to choose. It never crossed my mind that I would experience what my mom's friend did. I actually thought I was fit enough for it, because of my weekly workouts. WRONG!!!!
So, today morning, around 8am, Fadi and her sister Halima picked me up and we went together with Halima's friend Syazana. Halima and Syazana had been there before, so they lead us throughout the whole walk. When we first went in the entrance, I was still fine, it was like a walk in the park, just that the ground was a lil muddy & slippery because it rained last night. But later on, the hills started getting pretty steep. Like climbing the stairs, it got pretty tiring. I was still okay with that. We made a few stops just to get ourselves together, like an energy refill. LOL, I totally made up that line.
Anyway, as we continued our way up, I got really, like REALLY tired, to the point where I couldn't breathe, and everything seemed all cloudy. I also realised that we'd already reached the top, where they had a watch tower and a few benches. Knowing that we're not suppose to sit when we're all dizzy & tired, I headed straight to the bench & sat. I just couldn't stand it anymore, I felt like, if I stayed standing, I would've fallen back and tumble down the hills. Being able to sit, I was hoping that I could restore all the energy I had over-used in making my way up. Halima & Fadi kept asking me if I was okay, and me, being the 'too good' girl I am, just kept saying "Yeahh I'm fine". LOL.
I felt like crying when I was sitting, because my whole body was feeling really uncomfortable. Kinda indescribable (lol, did I spell that right?). I was having mix-emotions at the time, I couldn't breathe, and everything started getting really dark from my view. For a few minutes there (actually, I'm not sure how long), I was like dreaming about stuff, I can't even remember what. When I woke up from the dreams I was having, I realised I was still sitting at that same place at the top of Bukit Gasing. Halima was next to me, rubbing my back and asking me if I was ok, LOL. And infront of me, were like a bunch of strangers crowding to see me. Hahahaha.I had come to find that I passed out, I fainted! I felt so bloody embarrassed. They were like advising me and stuff.Hahaha.
At first, I was still a lil unconcious, but when I realised everyone was looking at me, I smiled and said, "I didn't even realise I passed out!". My lame attempt at covering up, kekeke. Fadi was kinda giggling at the sides like she always does. Eventhough she tried hiding, I could hear her. Idiot. LOL.
Thank God we were at the top, so the whole way back was going downhill, and much more relaxing. As I've mentioned, the ground was muddy & slippery, YES, I fell twice and got the funkiest back chop award. I feel like I should go there often, so I could get used to it. That was my first time ever experiencing a pass out, okay. And I thought my mom's friend was unfit. LOL.
Wanna go for a walk at Bukit Gasing? Jom! Gimme a call!
I just hope I won't pass out again =P
