I just finished cooking ;)
Now, I finally know how to make the ohh-so-yummay Chicken Rice!! WOooOo..
Made it all on my own, (my mum helped me cut the chicken, kekeke, hate that part).
WwOot WwoOt! Haha, it's quite a big deal for me maaan!
Been eating that Malaysian favourite all my life, without knowing how to make it myself. And nooow, once and for all I can open my own Chicken Rice Sho-oOo-Ooop..Bukan sekadar nasi ayaaaaam..LOL, nahh don't think so.
But if you wanna come over to my place, I'd be happy to make emm for yea! Ohh yess!
Anyway, yesterday I finally got over n done with my Microprocessor paper. Maan, I hafta tell yeaa, that was like the first time (not really) I ever felt relaxed throughout the whole paper. Not that I'm a 100% sure I answered all right, it's just that I didn't get all sweaty n my heart wasn't drumming on me. MAN! that felt great. I was able to think calmly and no ideas or information got stuck during transmission.Hopefully the other 4 papers'll be just like that.
I'm trying my best to frequently update my blog nowadays. Somehow I started getting all pumped and 'semangat-ed' to update it. Why am I not suprised all this's happening during my exam period? LOL, so typical of Aqila. I guess it's during this period, that my mind'll try to run away from it's responsibilities.lol.
Well, I try to stay relaxed, and allow myself to like, surf the net, watch TV, etc. But I'll make sure that when I study, I'll put in my ALL.When I say relaxed, meaning, I try not to pressure myself like I always do. In case u didn't know, I'm a 'Pressure Sensitive' person. Seriously, I am. I easily get stressed out, even if it involves the smallest matter. Pressure might work for some people, like a friend of mine, who says that he likes working under pressure. Definitely,NOT for me. ACtually, Sallikin inspired me to do so (Ahahahaha ;p). Coz he assured me that it's ok to watch tv and surf the net during exam periods. I already know it's OK. He just mentally signed the 'OK' approval letter for me. LOL. I lava that doode;D
So, now I try to apply that even during the pressurized moments ( Does that even make sense? lol, but it seems to be working for me, hee).
Well, different people have their ways of making things work.
Ohh and speaking of Sallikin, I've started to develop a daily routine (or I could say, addiction?) of visiting his blog and chatting in his comments, lol. And I actually made a friend there. Haha. What's up Ecah! Lol. Before this, I usually JUST READ em blogs. Never really commented on any. But now, I'm starting to get the hang of it, and it's cool.
Speaking of cool (lol), I wanna share this video on here. This guy name Dave posted a video of him doing a cover of Alicia Keys' song 'No One'. I love that song Much!
He performed the song in his own rendition, in a way that I looooiike so VERRy mucho!
So, till the next blog, ENJOY!

I'm Not Interesting Enough
LOL, ignore my previous blog. I just got caught in the moment of disappointment. It didn't last long though. Thank God for that.
Anyway yeahh, someone seemed to be rubbing it in my face that I take ages to update. lol. I know I do. Basically, nothing interesting ever happens during my daily life. Same old thing. I was chatting in kevjumba.com with a bunch of youtubers, and we were talking about blogs. Some of them said, they don't blog coz they're not interesting enough. LOL. In my mind I was going, "Yeah that's me alright".
If I were to blog everyday, my blog would be a total emo case. Every blog would be about me, whining about how much work I have to do. How many places I have to run around to and from in campus, just to get my work done. Coz the past few weeks has just been THAT. Especially because it's nearing the end of the second semester for this year. I had to prepare the application for PKUM's Annual General Meeting application. And I seriously never expected it to be so life-punishing.lol.
It took me several visits to the HEP office, which includes long walks under the flaming-blazing-burning sun. It cost me a lot of phone credit to sms and call other board members to settle a tonne of stuff before I could submit the application.Go up and down the menara booking and un-booking rooms. Typing and re-typing letters.
It took me about 2-3 weeks to get it done. It got me to a point where I really felt like breaking down, coz I was thinking too much about it, I couldn't even concentrate in class, and I wasn't even doing my homework properly. I actually cried a few times. Don't laugh. I did ):
But to think about it, I was the one who accepted the position in the first place. All that was kinda expected. I actually accepted the position coz I really wanted to learn to manage my time. I wanted to try evolve from just being a student who finishes her homework or assignments on-time, to someone who finishes her work on-time and at the same time, is able to manage other outside work besides academic stuff. Well, we'll see how that works out when I get my results for this semester, lol. I guess I did gain a whole lot more than before. A lot of patience-testing moments, yes. Worth it, I guess?? Maybe not now, but I'll be thanking myself in the future for going thru all that torture, I HOPE! Just a lil worried about my studies though. InsyaAllah, I'll be able to deal with that, as I'm working on catching up on as much as I can.
Ohh, I just started this fund for myself, lol. I'm saving up for a new digital camera so I could make more quality videos for youtube. Hahaha.
I don't know why, I have this sudden interest in learning broadcast design. I even asked my dad if I could take it up, part-time my engineering course. My dad was like,"Will u be able to cope with two courses?". Huhuhu, so true. So I thought maybe I could take a short course during the holidays. Just maybe. Most probably not. Coz financially, I don't think so. Don't wanna burden the folks.I like to dream about it though.I'm gonna learn it on my own. Find every possible way to learn what I can. But for now, finals, finals.
My aunt (dad's younger sister) has been staying at my place for the past week. She just got out of an operation, so we're taking care of her for her 2 week MC. It's been fun having her around, at least I'm not forced to look at my annoying brother's face every second of every day. We had pizza today, yumM! Domino's price has gone up by RM4! Crazy shizz.
Oohh and last week, I just passed up my law assignment. Maaan, that's the last time I will EVER merge groups with those junior guys. First of all, they never even turned up for our discussions. It took them ages to respond to messages, and they don't take directions well at ALL. We had 10 people, including myself. Four of my friends, Ikhtiar, my senior (who's well responsible in all tasks), and 4 other juniors who received bowling balls on their heads in my story book. The day we were supposed to submit the assignment, I asked everyone to meet up somewhere to pass me , their part of the assignment so we could bind it and submit it straight to the menara. I waited about 45 minutes for the guys to come, and when they did reach there, they're work wasn't even done. I mean, it was done, but they didn't type it out. Man, I wanted to smack them baaad. Fortunately, one of them had a printer in their room. So they went back, typed out their work, bind it and submitted it. Phheeeeewwwhh!!!!!
I get really worried bout things like that. Everyone seemed relaxed, and I was the only paranoid chick there. Maaan!!
My sister Farah, just started her own blog about a month ago. Goshh, her blogs make me miss school and teen life. Damn it. LOL.
