Go Spain FTW!

Just got back from Genting =D The whole family went, minus my mom, plus my aunty, do the math. Mom's in Jakarta with her girlfriends. Hope she's having all the fun she deserves. A vacation is exactly what she needs.

Genting was fun, the rides, shows and shopping. The hotel, sucky as ever. Well, atleast mine was. Hotels are always sucky unless they have additional 'creative' facilities like tennis courts, swimming pools, shops, etc. Mine was kinda deserted, and the few shops that were there, BO-O-O-RIING. The daytime weather's pretty warm there, not as cold as it used to be. But at niiigghht, freezing cold! My first night there was hell, my nose started blocking out, my asthma struck, and so breathing was practically the hardest thing to do at the time. No astro in the room ( I know, m such a whiner right?lol), spent the whole un-sleep-able night finishing up on Eclipse, and ended up falling asleep at 4am. Omg, Eclipse's my favourite so far! Gives me the goosebumps! Having finish it, is definitely a notch for the anticipation of Breaking Dawn! Gagaga!

School holidays' over, so most of the people there weren't Malaysians, but tourists, a lot of Singaporeans, Bangladeshees, Thais & Arabs. NICE ;) I've been to genting quite a few times, but this was the very first trip there wearing tudung =D In case I never mentioned, I only started wearing it about 2 years ago =) It took me quite some time to adjust to the right dressing, hehe, coz I used to be the 'Knee-length shorts & Tee' gal. I hardly wore long jeans or long sleeve shirts EVER k. Haha. And when I go to theme parks, I really GO for it. Rollercoasters, Space shot, Log rides, all ridden with REAL passion for excitement! So the whole 'tudung' situation made it a lil awkward for me. Hahahaha. Seriously k. I'm not saying it was a burden, just something I had to adapt to ;)

Genting was a great way of getting the adrenaline pumping. Any ride that could go really fast and make me terbalik-balik, or swing me as hard as possible, would no doubt ,make my day!

Tomorrow's time to register for next semester's subjects. *groans* I'm suppose to choose a subject thats listed outside the faculty. Kinda having a hard time with it. I've been going thru the list, and haven't really found anything interesting. Wanted to do Spanish, but it's not listed!!!! A lot of my friends keep asking me to join them take some other subject which I find extremely BORING. When I tell them that, they'll say, "A lot of people say it's easy to pass". Dang it. I personally see this as an opportunity to take up something new, something I like. Not, just to pass it! And when I tell my friends I wanna take a lingual subject, they say that it's hard. I AM kinda worried about having a hard time passing a subject, but I ALSO hate having to sit thru a subject I have NO INTEREST AT ALL in throughout the whole semester.

Now I'm just confused. But, my decision's leaning more towards lingual. Coz doesn't it sound totally irrational to fail a subject that we really like? The only thing is, I'll be alone. But what the heck, I'm gonna be facing a lot of things alone in the future, & it'll also be a great opportunity to meet new people, right? Right?
Someone'll have to drive me to the Linguistic faculty to find the class, huhu. I think I'm just gonna go for it, and since Spanish is out, French should be good enough ;) I just hope my class schedule won't clash with the language classes, or I'm DOOMED.

Ohh! I just ordered 'Looking For Alaska' online =D Looking forward to that. And while waiting, I'm trying my hardest, to make myself re-read some of my 1st year text books, just to brush up on my engineering knowledge, which somehow feels non-existence at the moment.lol.

Ohh! Ohh!!! I totally forgot to mention about EURO 2008!!!!
Omg! omg! Go Spain go!! (I know u're thinking, "So thats why she wants to take up Spanish.." Hahaha yup, when I was in form 3, I planned that I was gonna go work in Spain after I graduate, and marry Iker Casillas, hahahahahahahaha). I'm so proud of them for making it to the quarter finals. They won 4-1 against Russia & 2-1 against Sweden last night. Yay yay yay!! Hope they do good in the coming matches, coz they made me cry during FIFA when they lost to mengada France. Haha.

Go Spain For The Win!
